About the doctor

Dr. Ioannis Ioannou is a leading neurosurgeon specializing in spinal surgery and minimally invasive microsurgical techniques. He studied at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Neurosurgery at AHEPA Hospital. He then further specialized in Germany and returned to Cyprus, taking on managerial roles in hospitals and continuing his academic work. With over 20 years of experience, he leads the Neurosurgery Clinic at Polyclinic Ygeia and has served as president of the Cypriot Neurosurgical Society. He is distinguished for his scientific expertise and humanitarian approach toward his patients.
